You can find service points at eight different locations throughout Crete for your convenience.
24 hours road assistance
We provide road service 24h basis in cooperation with the leading Greek road assistance (Interamerican).
Vehicle replacement in case of breakdown
We replace your car with a new one in case of breakdown or accident.
No extra charge for after midnight arrivals
You are not charged anything extra in case your arrival at the delivery point (airport, port) is after midnight.
No extra charge on delays
You are not charged anything extra in case of ypur flight or ship reach delayed at the point of delivery (airport, port).
Free baby and child seats
We provide a secure child seats. Most vehicles are equipped with ISOFIX system for child seat positions in rear seats.
Free roof racks
We provide roof racks, on request, for free.
Free parking at the delivery point.
You are not charged the parking cost of the car when the delivery and return point is an airport (other competitors charge this cost to the customers).
New safe vehicles
For your safety our vehicles are operated in accordance with the laws of the State and regulations of the EOT
Insurance
Full comprehensive insurance
We provide the most competitive full insurance service on the market including:
• Joint Integrated security.
• Complete coverage of fire - theft - wheels - tires - windows - damage to the underside of the car.
• Personal medical cover for the driver and passengers in accordance with the lease company and our insurance policy the insurance company which insured the vehicle.
• Any loss covered by insurance even if responsible for the accident if the driver has met the conditions outlined in the lease contract.
